Refund and Return Policy for Zenflexhato

At Zenflexhato, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a flexible refund and return policy to make the process as smooth as possible.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition of Item: The item must be in its original condition—unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (such as an order receipt or order confirmation email) is required for all returns and exchanges.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that are damaged or defective due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Items that have been opened or used, unless defective.
  • Gift cards or downloadable software products.
  • Customized or personalized products (if applicable).

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@zenflexhato.net or call us at (912) 739-8450. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we confirm your return request, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This number must be included with your returned item.
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your items.
  4. Packing the Item: Ensure that the product is securely packed in its original packaging. All parts, accessories, and documentation must be included with the returned item.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Refund Amount: Your refund will be for the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping charges. If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover return shipping costs.

Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.


5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, we recommend that you return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. The return process and refund guidelines above apply to exchanges as well.


6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Immediately: Reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. Include photos or a description of the defect or damage.
  2. Return or Replacement: We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label to send the item back to us. Once the defective product is received, we will either offer a full refund or send a replacement item at no extra cost to you.

Please note that this does not apply to defects caused by misuse or accidents after receiving the product.


7. Canceling an Order

If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at info@zenflexhato.net or (912) 739-8450. We will make every effort to cancel the order, but once an item has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned according to the steps outlined above.
